Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing to shop at Artlifematters LBG (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any purchase through Our website, artlifematters.org (the “Website”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds and returns. 

 

Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality images to ensure that you clearly understand the artwork before making a purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If a product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence to assess the damage or defect.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a wrong item, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct Item to be shipped to you. You may be required to return the incorrect Item at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital Downloads: No refunds will be issued once a digital download has been purchased and the download link has been provided.
  • Commissioned Artwork: Artwork specifically commissioned or customized according to your specifications is non-refundable.
  • Gift cards

 

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at [customer-support@artlifematters.org or we@artlifematters.org with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Photographs (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide instructions for the return process if required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have obtained your returned Item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within fourteen (14) days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your Item to: {physical address}. You shall bear all associated costs.

 

Gifts

If the Item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned Item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return. You shall bear all associated costs.

 

Shipping Returns

If a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on returning the Item. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable where the error was through no fault of ours. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned Item.

 

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
