About Us
Artlife Matters LBG (ALM) is an art-based organisation celebrating and promoting art as an essential developmental tool for social, cultural, and economic transformation in Africa and beyond. Established in Ghana (2019), the organisation has been involved in local and international projects that have significantly impacted the creative narratives in Ghana and beyond. Artlife Matters prioritises community because art catalyses social, cultural and economic transformation. ALM collaborated with Uplift Aerospace on an outer space trip of Amoako Boafo’s artworks, the Samsung Art Store partnership to empower local creatives, the Artitude project, which has empowered over five thousand young creatives, and many other significant initiatives and support activities that make us critical contributors in a growing creative sector.
